Celebration Park at Apple Patch – A delightful neighborhood with 76 single family home sites and a wonderful park area with a pavilion that serves as the perfect spot for getting to know your neighbors and building a true sense of community. Interspersed throughout the neighborhood are ten beautiful homes that are occupied by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities whom are truly excited to be living in, and an active part in such a wonderful environment. The Chapel at Apple Patch – Situated at the zenith of our property, with the gardens located next to a natural pond, the Chapel serves as a quiet country setting for spiritual nourishment. Apple Patch is partnering with Oldham County to develop the land behind the Chapel and to the south of the water tower into a 126 space park and ride. The location of a potential community center has been moved to the large open field across from the Chapel. |

Adult Day Training (ADT) Continuing Education and Wellness Center - This building hosts a variety of activities that emphasize the importance of continuing education and maintaining good physical health for the individuals we serve. This is also the location for the Apple Patch Administration, Finance, Residential and Development offices. |
