The Kentucky Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities has certified Apple Patch to serve individuals under the Supports for Community Living (SCL) Medicaid Waiver program and the Michele P. Waiver program.

This program provides funding for support services to individuals for the following services:
