Apple Patch seeks to improve the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential options and other support services that assist individuals in achieving their highest potential to lead independent and productive lives.

Vision Statement:

Our vision is that adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are provided the opportunity to live as independently as possible - and are given the support to make choices among residential options, employment opportunities, social and recreational activities, and skills training to achieve the goals to which they aspire.
